\u03b2n\u662f\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u7cfb\u6570\u3002<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u6700\u5c0f\u4e8c\u4e58\u6cd5\uff1a<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u5728\u666e\u901a\u7684\u7ebf\u6027\u56de\u5f52\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u6700\u5c0f\u4e8c\u4e58\u6cd5\u6765\u4f30\u8ba1\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u7cfb\u6570\uff0c\u5373\u901a\u8fc7\u6700\u5c0f\u5316\u5b9e\u9645\u89c2\u6d4b\u503c\u548c\u6a21\u578b\u9884\u6d4b\u503c\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6b8b\u5dee\u5e73\u65b9\u548c\u6765\u6c42\u89e3\u7cfb\u6570\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u6ca1\u6709\u5bf9\u7cfb\u6570\u8fdb\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u7ea6\u675f\u3002<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u5f15\u5165L1\u6b63\u5219\u5316\u9879\uff1a<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u5728Lasso\u7b97\u6cd5\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f15\u5165L1\u6b63\u5219\u5316\u9879\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7ea6\u675f\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u4f7f\u6a21\u578b\u7cfb\u6570\u7a00\u758f\u5316\u3002L1\u6b63\u5219\u5316\u9879\u662f\u6a21\u578b\u7cfb\u6570\u7684\u7edd\u5bf9\u503c\u4e4b\u548c\u4e0e\u4e00\u4e2a\u8c03\u8282\u53c2\u6570\u03bb\u7684\u4e58\u79ef\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5199\u4e3a\uff1a\u03bb * (|\u03b21| + |\u03b22| + &#8230; + |\u03b2n|))\u3002<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u6700\u5c0f\u5316\u76ee\u6807\u51fd\u6570\uff1a<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u4f18\u5316\u7b97\u6cd5\u6765\u6700\u5c0f\u5316\u76ee\u6807\u51fd\u6570\uff0c\u4e00\u79cd\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u5750\u6807\u4e0b\u964d\u6cd5\uff08coordinate R\u5305glmnet\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u9ad8\u6548\u7684Lasso\u548cElastic-Net\u6b63\u5219\u5316\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u62df\u5408\u5e7f\u4e49\u7ebf\u6027\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u5b83\u652f\u6301\u7ebf\u6027\u56de\u5f52\u3001\u903b\u8f91\u56de\u5f52\u3001\u591a\u9879\u5f0f\u56de\u5f52\u3001\u6cca\u677e\u56de\u5f52\u3001Cox\u6a21\u578b\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u6a21\u578b\u3002glmnet\u7684\u7b97\u6cd5\u57fa\u4e8e\u5faa\u73af\u5750\u6807\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5feb\u901f\u8ba1\u7b97\u6574\u4e2a\u6b63\u5219\u5316\u8def\u5f84\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cglmnet\u8fd8\u652f\u6301\u81ea\u5b9a\u4e49\u7684GLM
