Control, QC\uff09\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\u5c0f\u679c\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u9ad8\u6548\u597d\u7528\u7684\u8f6f\u4ef6\u5de5\u5177\u2014\u2014fastqc\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u662f\u8f6c\u5f55\u7ec4\u6570\u636e\u8d28\u63a7\u7684\u5f97\u529b\u7684\u52a9\u624b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FastQC\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u514d\u8d39\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u5bf9\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u6d4b\u5e8f\u6570\u636e\u8fdb\u884c\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c0f\u679c\u5c06\u4ee5\u62df\u5357\u82a5\u8f6c\u5f55\u7ec4\u6570\u636e\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u8be6\u7ec6\u4ecb\u7ecdFastQC\u5728RNA-seq\u6570\u636e\u8d28\u63a7\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1.\u5b89\u88c5fastaqc<\/p>\n<p>conda create \u2013name fastqc###\u521b\u5efa\u73af\u5883<\/p>\n<p>conda activate fastqc###\u6fc0\u6d3b\u73af\u5883<\/p>\n<p>conda install -c bioconda fastqc###\u5b89\u88c5<\/p>\n<p>fastqc -version###\u9a8c\u8bc1\u5426\u5b89\u88c5\u6210\u529f<\/p>\n<p>2.\u6570\u636e\u51c6\u5907<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0a\u4e00\u671f\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u62df\u5357\u82a5\u76843\u7ec4\u51719\u4e2a\u8f6c\u5f55\u7ec4\u6d4b\u5e8frawdata\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8fc7\u6ee4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u671f\uff0c\u5c0f\u679c\u7ee7\u7eed\u7528\u4e0a\u6b21\u7684\u6570\u636e\u5e26\u5927\u5bb6\u8fdb\u884c\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u5f53\u7136\u5566\uff0c\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u662f\u5148\u5bf9\u6570\u636e\u8fdb\u884c\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u6839\u636e\u7ed3\u679c\u62a5\u544a\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u6570\u636e\u7684\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5904\u7406\u3002\u5c0f\u679c\u5148\u5bf9\u6570\u636e\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6570\u636e\u8d28\u63a7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b65\u64cd\u4f5c\u5f88\u7b80\u5355\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u6587\u4ef6\u6240\u5728\u76ee\u5f55<\/p>\n<p>fastqc -t 4 *_paired.fq.gz<\/p>\n<p>\u6216\u8005<\/p>\n<p>nohup fastqc -t 4 -o ~\/my_folder\/trimm\/ninanjie_output\/ninanjie_qc *_paired.fq.gz &amp;<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4f1a\u5728\u540e\u53f0\u8fd0\u884c\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u4ee5 _paired.fq.gz \u7ed3\u5c3e\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u8fdb\u884c\u8d28\u63a7\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4f7f\u75284\u4e2a\u7ebf\u7a0b\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba1\u7b97\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u8f93\u51fa\u5230\u7ed9\u5b9a\u76ee\u5f55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b65\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u636e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u4fee\u6539\u547d\u4ee4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
