OOM\u3001\u5171\u4eab\u5185\u5b58\u62a5\u9519\u6216 BAM \u6392\u5e8f\u53d8\u6162\u3002\u539f\u56e0\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u662f\u201cSTAR \u4e0d\u80fd\u8dd1\u201d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u628a\u7d22\u5f15\u6784\u5efa\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u88c5\u8f7d\u3001\u6bd4\u5bf9\u3001\u7ec6\u80de\u6761\u5f62\u7801\u7ea0\u9519\u548c\u8f93\u51fa\u6392\u5e8f\u5f53\u6210\u4e86\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a\u8d44\u6e90\u9636\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>STAR \u5b98\u65b9\u4ed3\u5e93\u5f53\u524d\u516c\u5f00\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u547d\u540d\u7248\u672c\u662f <strong>2.7.11b\uff082024-01-24\uff09<\/strong>\u3002STARsolo \u6587\u6863\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u5b83\u76f4\u63a5\u5b8c\u6210\u6761\u5f62\u7801\u7ea0\u9519\u3001\u526a\u63a5\u6bd4\u5bf9\u3001UMI \u53bb\u91cd\u548c\u6bcf\u7ec6\u80de\u5b9a\u91cf\uff0c\u8f93\u51fa\u683c\u5f0f\u53ef\u5bf9\u63a5 10x \u7ed3\u679c\uff1b\u6587\u6863\u8fd8\u7ed9\u51fa\u201c\u7ea6\u4e3a CellRanger 10 GB<\/strong>\uff0c\u4ee3\u4ef7\u662f\u901f\u5ea6\u4e0b\u964d <strong>30%\u201450%<\/strong>\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u201c16 GB BAM<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e2a\u4eba\u5355\u6837\u672c\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece <strong>64 GB \u5185\u5b58\u300116\u201432 \u6838\u3001100 GB \u4ee5\u4e0a\u7d22\u5f15\u76d8<\/strong>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5de5\u7a0b\u8d77\u70b9\uff1b\u8fd9\u662f\u4fbf\u4e8e\u52a0\u8f7d\u4eba\u7c7b\u7d22\u5f15\u5e76\u7559\u51fa\u7cfb\u7edf\u4f59\u91cf\u7684\u5b9e\u7528\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f \u4e34\u65f6\u76d8<\/strong>\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u82e5\u53ea\u662f\u505a\u77e9\u9635\u3001\u4e0d\u4fdd\u7559 BAM\uff0c\u53ef\u628a\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u6392\u5e8f\u538b\u529b\u964d\u4e0b\u6765\uff1b\u82e5\u8981\u590d\u73b0\u3001\u6d4f\u89c8\u6216\u4e8c\u6b21\u6bd4\u5bf9\uff0c\u5219\u5e94\u628a
